Bug Fixes

- Fixed a bug that would cause certain order screens to become unresponsive for a few seconds after loading screens.
- Fixed bug where the "To Date" filter on shipment history did not include the date selected.
- Salesperson name and Salesperson ID can no longer editable by users without appropriate permissions.
