Two-Factor Authentication
You can set up your Two-Factor Authentication here.
To set up Two-Factor Authentication, you must have either a confirmed email or a confirmed phone number attached to your account. If you have just created your account, you will not be able to active Two-Factor Authentication until you confirm email or phone number. Afterwards, simply select the Enable button to allow Two-Factor Authentication. Once this has been enabled, when you log in next, it will send you an email, SMS message, or both (depending on what you have confirmed for your account) that will contain an authentication code to allow access into your account.
Forgot Password
Using Email to reset password
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Reset Password option by sending an Email. Please note that you must have previously confirmed the Email Address that is going to be used. To start resetting your password, click here and follow the steps below
- Select the Email button.
- Input your email address
- After submitting, wait until you receive an Email containing a Reset Now link.
- Use the Reset Now link to reset your password.
Inmark cannot provide you with your password in the event you forget it and are unable to follow the steps above.
Using SMS to reset password
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Reset Password option by sending a Text Message (SMS) to your mobile device or device that supports SMS receiving. Please note that you must have previously confirmed the Phone Number that is going to be used. Carrier messaging rates may apply. To start resetting your password, click here and follow the steps below
- Select the Text Message (SMS) button.
- Select your Country of residence and input your phone number (with or without dashes)
- After submitting, wait until you receive an SMS message containing the Validation Code.
- Input the code that you received.
- Reset your password.

Locked Account
If you have been locked out of your account from attempting your authentication too many times, then you will need to wait 8 hours until you can attempt to authenticate again. If you are locked out of your account and you have not attempted to authenticate, then please Contact Us.
