How do I obtain a Return Label?

• Once you have submitted a Return Now, if your purchase included a return solution with your forwarding/return shipping label, the label will be sent to you with the solution in addition to being available for download online. If you did not purchase a return solution with your forwarding/return label, you can download the shipping label on the order summary screen or from your shipment history. You will then be able to print the shipping label and apply it to the outside of your chosen return solution containing your Used Medical Device.
