Once you have submitted a Ship Now, if your purchase included a shipping solution with your forwarding/return shipping label, the label will be sent to you with the solution in addition to being available for download online, first at the checkout page:
If you did not purchase a shipping solution with your forwarding/return label, you can download the shipping label on the order summary screen or from your shipment history under the 'Shipment Documents' heading:
You will then be able to print the shipping label and apply it to the outside of your chosen shipping solution containing your Used Medical Device.
