How do I apply for an account?
Account application is easy, in some instances you can apply for a user account simply by providing your email address. If you employer has set up your Organization's profile to recognize company email addresses, you may be automatically approved to access your Organizations profile.
If your Organization does not have auto-enrol settings enabled, you will be given a Registration Token that you can use to complete account application.
Successful account application will result in a confirmation email being sent to you.
If you have not received an email, please check you spam/junk folders. Emails should be delivered within 15 minutes. If you have still not received your account confirmation email, apply for an account once more with the same email address, this will trigger a secondary email to be sent to your email address. If you continue to have trouble receiving you email, please consult you IT department or supervisor to ensure your emails are not being blocked.
I received an account invite to my email?
If you have received an email invite, application is not required, you get to skip straight to account registration.
