If your Organization has numerous Business Units and you have access to some or all the Business Units, then you will need to be able to switch contexts between them. You can simply go to the 'Switch Business Unit' page from the blue navigation bar. From here select the Business Unit that you would like to continue with. You will then switch over to viewing that Business Unit and can proceed with your use of the application.
Please note that if you have anything in your Cart or in the process of completing a Return Label that when you switch Business Units, it will clear your existing Return Label and Cart.
