We take many steps to ensure emails coming from our system will be received appropriately and not be marked as spam/junk/fraud/etc. by your companies chosen email server and spam tools. However; on occasion companies may have rules in place preventing emails produced by our training application from reaching you.
Here is what you can do...
- Check your junk-mail and spam folders.
- Some companies will have their users receive an automated spam report at the end of the day detailing a list of emails that were trapped by their anti-spam filters. You can usually release an email to be delivered to your inbox if this occurs.
- Contact your email administrator (or your IT department), they may be able to release an email to you that is being caught up in a security measure.
- Use a phone number capable of receiving SMS/Text messages to confirm your account.
