An employee left my company who had been assigned a course product key... What can I do?

In the event that you have an employee leave your company who has been assigned a course product key you may be able to revoke access to it.

** Course product keys can be released as long as there are no chapter progress and an exam has not been attempted.

To release a course product key, you must have the course administration application configured. Inside the course administration app, you can find the student you would like to revoke access to by filtering on “Course Keys in Progress). Click “More” to open the student info panel and select the Settings Tab (green gear icon). Select “Release Product Key” to remove the user from the Course Key.

If the user in question has never created an account and the product key is still set to "pending" because the key was assigned through the distribution option, you can manually have the new user add the course product key to their account after they sign up.
