There are several situations that require our users to accept the Agreement again to access Shipping Document Assistant.
- Your training certificate is expired. You will need a new valid training certificate with Saf-T-Pak or manually enter training certificate information to access Shipping Document Assistant.
- You have a new training certificate with Saf-T-Pak. We will ask you to review the Agreement to update your certificate information.
- End User License Agreement version is updated.
