After your Shipper address, Consignees address, Shipment configuration, and Handling information are used by a validated declaration, you will no longer be able to edit the items listed above. Please note that you can still use them in other declarations.
Edit is to update items not being used by any validated declarations, while Duplicate & Edit is to create a new item with the original information for you to edit.
