In the event that you have added a course product key to yourself or any other student by accident, you have an opportunity to release the course product key**.
** Course product keys can be released as long as there are no chapter progress and an exam has not been attempted.
To release a course product key, you must have the course administration application configured. Inside the course administration app, you can find the student you would like to revoke access to by filtering on “Course Keys in Progress). Click “More” to open the student info panel and select the Settings Tab (green gear icon). Select “Release Product Key” to remove the user from the Course Key.
