Why are some chapters Required, Recommended, Optional, or Disabled?

There are four types of Certification Requirements that apply to each individual chapter.

• Required: These chapters must be completed in order to receive your Certificate upon successful completion of the Exam(s). They can be pre-set by Saf-T-Pak or set to be Required by your Course Administrator.
• Recommended: These chapters do not need to be completed to receive your Certificate, however for each additional Recommended chapter that is completed, its chapter content will be added to the Certificate. They can only be set by your Course Administrator.
• Optional: These chapters do not need to be completed to receive your Certificate, however for each additional Optional chapter that is completed, its chapter content will be added to the Certificate. They can only be set by your Course Administrator.
• Disabled: These chapters cannot be accessed and do not need to be completed to receive your Certificate. They can only be set by your Course Administrator.
