Some Solutions in POPs may experience delays in fulfillment, this will be indicated by the a yellow message like so:
If a solution is out of stock and we may temporarily be unable to fulfill an order of that solution, a red message will appear during the checkout process indicating which items are out of stock and cannot be fulfilled at this time:
We monitor the interest in our solutions very closely and our fulfillment team will be notified the moment a solution is not available for purchase so that the situation can be remedied.
We value your time, and because of this we do multiple checks to ensure that your order can be fulfilled. Because of this however, your order may be prevented from being placed in a number of places:
In your shopping cart:
The 'Continue to Shipping Address' button will be disabled and you will be unable to continue to place your order.
Removing the item via the x button will allow to you continue with your order:
During Solution selection for a Ship Now order
You will be allowed to select a solution that cannot be fulfilled during a Ship Now order as indicated here:
because you may still have some on hand. You will however not be able to order one as part of your Ship Now order:
After Selecting a Shipping Rate:
We do a final check before calculating the final cost of your order, during this check we may notice that one or more of the solutions have gone out of stock since you started placing your order, you may then see this page:
At checkout:
We will not ask you to pay for something that we cannot deliver, so even at the point of checkout if you still have a solution as part of your order that we cannot fulfill we will indicate this on the checkout page:
Both of the Payment options will not work and you will have to start a new order without the solution that is out of stock.
