Once your Return Item has dimensions set, it will dynamically populate the dropdown list for linking a new Return / Shipping Solution.
Only Return Solutions that will be able to handle your Return Item will be provided in the selection list. If a Return Solution that you are looking for is not showing up in the list, either the dimensions that you have entered for your Return Item are incompatible, or the Return Solution has already been assigned to your Return Item.
If you change your Return Items dimensions after you have assigned Return Solutions, a message will indicate that you have Return Solutions that may become incompatible with your Return Item.
